Josephine E. (Cicci) Repovz

Josephine Cicci Repovz, 91, of Greensburg, Pa. (formerly of Yukon, Pa.) passed away peacefully on Friday December 28, 2018 at the Hempfield Manor surrounded by her family. She was born April 26, 1927 in Yukon, Pa. Daughter of the late Amerigo and Antonette Gindro Cicci. During Josephine’s life, she worked as a clerk at the Yukon Market. She was a member of the Seven Dolors Roman Catholic Church in Yukon, Pa. She was also a member of the SNPJ Lodge 117 of Yukon, and she delivered Meals on Wheels for many years. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother and she also loved and helped raise all of her grandchildren. She also babysat many of the neighborhood children. She always had a smile for everyone and loved to see everyone smile with her. She is preceded in death by both of her parents; One Son Roger L. Repovz. Brother Frank J. Cicci and one son in law – Jesse Turack. She is survived by two sons – Richard L. Repovz and wife Connie of West Newton, Pa., and Raymond L. Repovz of West Newton, Pa., one daughter – Rita L. Turack of Yukon, Pa., – one sister – Theresa Egidi of Monessen, Pa., seven grandchildren; Melissa (Ken), Lisa (Kayla), Daniel, Mathew (Jenna), Jessica (Harri), Connor (Kassie) and Maiah. Five great grandchildren; Jordan, Kam, Anni, Kenzie and Owen and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Monday December 31, 2018 from 1-6 pm at the Beatty-Rich Funeral Home, Inc. Rt 136 Madison, Pa. A blessing service will be held at the funeral home at 3 pm on Monday December 31, 2018 with Fr. Richard Ulam O.S.B. officiating.
