Nicholas Brian Orlandi, 39, of Madison, Pa. died Thursday, November 22, 2018 at his home. He was born, June 21, 1979 in Pittsburgh, Pa. Son of Norman D. Orlandi of Madison and Cheryl Orlandi Martin of Irwin. Nick was a graduate of the Yough Sr. High School in Herminie, Pa. He was previously employed at the PBM. Inc., as a Class A Assembly Tech where he manufactured valves. Nick was a huge Pittsburgh Penguin’s fan. He loved watching the History channel and was a great snowboarder. Growing up he loved his Star Wars and playing video games. He is preceded in death by paternal grandparents Dominick and Dolores Orlandi, maternal Grandparents Mitch and Ann Teckman and one uncle, David McMullan. He is survived by both parents; Sisters Amy Orlandi Cannon of Long Island, NY and Angela Colgan and husband Henry of Staten Island, NY. Three nieces and nephews; Coper and Camryn Cannon and Annie Colgan, and a Step father John T. Martin of Irwin, Pa.
Our beautiful son, brother and uncle Nick has peacefully passed away. If you were to ask him what he loved the most in life, he would without a doubt say his nieces and nephews. He was and is a VERY proud uncle and when he was with them, you could see his happiness. They were his heart in so many ways.
He was loving, kind, generous and an amazing soul that touched so many people. He loved the Steelers and was a reliable hard-working employee. He was funny and witty with a dry sense of humor and a very giving heart. He loved a good Italian meal and was a huge fan of my Nonnie and dad’s cooking. He loved baseball caps, sneakers and a good pair of jeans. He was a goofball at times and a tender, quiet guy at others. He was a great friend and cared about others.
He will be missed beyond measure. We pray that he is in heaven right now, being an eternal guardian angel for his three little loves..Nick – YOU ARE LOVED and we are proud of you every day. May you sit with angels and enjoy everything you loved in life and find eternal peace.
