Beverley Jane (Moore) Mahloy

Beverley Jane Moore Mahloy, 71, of Monroeville, PA passed away peacefully Thursday September 12, 2019 at Harmony Physical Rehabilitation in Monroeville, PA. She was born October 8, 1947 in Greensburg, PA. Daughter of the late George Elmer and Jenny Mae Ray Moore. Beverley was a graduate of the South Huntingdon High School where she then went on to work at a sewing factory in Youngwood, PA. Prior to her retirement she was a sales associate for Hallmark. She was a member of the Hilltop United Methodist Church in Madison, PA. Beverley was very family oriented and absolutely loved spending time with her grandchildren. She loved going camping with her children at Keystone in Laurel Highlands. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and sewed clothing for her children through their childhood. She enjoyed reading and treasured spending time with her husband Jim going to car cruises in their 98 Cobra Mustang. She is preceded in death by both parents and one brother – Darrell Moore. She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years James C. Mahloy of Monroeville, PA., one daughter – Sharyn R. Wipert and husband Chris of Orrville, OH., two sons – Shawn Mahloy of Pitcairn, PA and Glen Alan Mahloy and significant other Jenn Russell of Plum, PA., seven grandchildren, a sister Nadean Schwickrath and heather Schwickrath. Friends will be received on Sunday September 15, 2019 from 2 – 4 pm and 6 – 8 pm at the Beatty-Rich Funeral Home, Inc. Rt 136 Madison, PA. Services will be held on Monday September 16, 2019 at 11 am at the funeral home with Rev. Robert Green officiating. Interment will follow at the Westmoreland Memorial Park Cemetery in Greensburg, PA. In lieu of flowers, the wishes donations be made to the American diabetes Association 112 Washington Pl. #1520 Pittsburgh, Pa. 15219.
