Catherine M. (Tepke) Kramer

Catherine M. (Tepke) Kramer, 83, of Darragh, PA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Redstone Highlands in Greensburg, PA. She was born April 14, 1938 in Greensburg, PA. Daughter of the late William and Elizabeth (Britt) Tepke. Catherine was a graduate of the former Sewickley Township High School Class of 1956. She worked as a secretary for Westinghouse and then at Hempfield High School for many years in the cafeteria. She loved being a grandmother and was a wonderful mother and wife. She enjoyed being outdoors and mowing grass. In her younger years, she canned bushels of tomatoes her husband would grow in their garden. She was an excellent cook, enjoyed crafting, and loved watching Steelers football. She dearly missed her late husband, Jim. They were a perfect pair who balanced each other. He stated before passing, “I fell in love with her when I first saw her standing under a willow tree." She is preceded in death by both parents, loving husband - James K. Kramer and two sisters - Wilma Molnar and Margaret Breger. She is survived by two daughters - Patricia Brusoski and Cynthia Kramer and three grandchildren - Rian, Sarah and Caitlin. A funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at St. Edward’s Catholic Church, 120 St Edwards Ln, Herminie, PA 15637 with Fr. Vincent Yee-Concepcion officiating. Interment will follow at Westmoreland Memorial Park Cemetery in Greensburg, PA.
