Margaret E. (Tepke) Bregar

Margaret E. Tepke Bregar, 87, of Greensburg, PA, passed away Friday, June 11, 2021 at Weatherwood Manor in Greensburg, PA. She was born March 30, 1934 in Keystone, PA. Daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Britt Tepke. She was a graduate of the former Sewickley Township High School. Margaret was a lifelong member of St. Edward's Roman Catholic Church in Herminie, PA; where she devoted much of her time volunteering for events including luncheons and picnics. She was also a long-time member of the SNPJ Lodge #87 in Herminie, PA; where she dedicated many years of her time helping at the polka dances. Margaret was a devoted mother to her children. She loved to clean her home and always made sure her children were fed. She loved to listen to polkas and attend polka dances at the Crystal Ballroom in Herminie, PA. She is preceded in death by both parents and her loving husband of 65 years – Frank A. Bregar Sr., one son – William P. Bregar and one sister – Wilma Molnar. She is survived by one son – Dr. Frank W. Bregar of Pittsburgh, PA, two granddaughters – Jessica Bregar of Pittsburgh, PA and Dr. Amy J. Miller and husband Jeff of Boston, MA, two great granddaughters – Abigail Ann Miller and Eloise Elizabeth Miller and one sister – Catherine Kramer of Darragh, PA. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at St. Edward Catholic Church, 120 St Edwards Ln. Herminie, Pa. 15637 with Fr. Richard Ulam, O.S.B. officiating. A private interment will follow at the Westmoreland Memorial Park Cemetery in Greensburg, PA.
