Virginia M. (Martello) Rothwell

Virginia M. (Martello) Rothwell, 78, formerly of Jeannette, PA, passed away Friday, July 22, 2022 at ProMedica of Greentree in Pittsburgh, PA. She was born September 7, 1943 in Pittsburgh, PA. Daughter of the late Samuel and Virginia Martello. She loved her children and grandchildren and enjoyed the time she had with them. She was a long-time member of First Presbyterian Church of Jeannette; where she faithfully volunteered for their food bank. She enjoyed being outside, gardening, playing games and Bingo. She liked painting, sewing, doing crafts and riding horses. She enjoyed camping in Marionville, PA and going to Twin Lakes Park in Greensburg, PA. She is preceded in death by both parents, brothers - Carl Martello, Alfonso Martello, Ralph Martello, David Martello, Samuel Martello and one sister - Theresa Breegle. She is survived by sons – Randy E. Rothwell and wife Cara of Herminie, PA, Jack Rothwell  and significant other Rubby Bailey of Millersburg, OH and Ben Rothwell of Flinton, PA, grandchildren – Randy Edward (Brittany), Whitley, Lilyana and Nataley, great grandchild – Levi, sister – Maryann Martello of N. Versailles, PA and brother - Tom Martello and wife Betty Ann. A public graveside service will be held at 11:00 am at Westmoreland Memorial Park Cemetery,150 East Side Dr, Greensburg, PA 15601 with Pastor Dawn Sherwood officiating. Interment will follow.
